Established by Dr. Michael Martinez, PT, DScPT, OCS, CMPT, COMT and Dr. Michael Nardi, DScPT, MEd, RKT, CMPT, ADVANCED HEALTH was a "General Partnership" for two years providing outpatient services in Sandusky, Ohio along with orthopedic services to a local nursing home and home health agency. The Martinez/Nardi partnership was successful and offered independent practice benefits including the ability to better control quality care, increased autonomy and greater flexibility in decision making. Your treatment and recovery is our primary concern. Together as a "TEAM," we will design an individualized rehabilitation program. This program will promote recovery in addition to prevention of future injuries. Our goal is a safe and efficient return to activity.
